The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), Department of Preventive Medicine is seeking applications for a two-year postdoctoral fellowship. The second year is contingent upon satisfactory performance in the first. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated applicant who is committed to cancer survivorship research. Specifically, UTHSC is seeking applicants interested in patient reported outcomes and in better understanding the overall cancer experience and outcomes in a racially diverse sample of cancer patients. This position is designed for scholars who will seek to establish an independent research career upon completion of the fellowship. Primary responsibilities involve (1) conceptualizing and writing manuscripts and (2) developing and writing research proposals including an opportunity to write a career development award.
