Estrogen-mediated signaling in cancer
Estrogen is a critical factor in many cancers and altering its activity through its many receptors is critical to the treatment of cancers. We are developing new approaches to diagnose and treat breast, endometrial and ovarian cancers based on the discovery of a new estrogen receptor named GPR30.
