Renata Pasqualini, PhD, talks to Mike Jaxson at KSVF-FM in Artesia, about the new compound she and her multi-institutional international team discovered. The new compound, called Vasotide™, prevents abnormal blood vessel growth. It is stable enough to be administered using eye drops and could be developed to cut off blood supplies to cancer tumors.
