Post-Doctoral Position at University of Rochester in the Cancer Control and Psychoneuroimmunology Laboratory (CCPL) Specializing in Cancer-Related Cognitive Impairment Research

The CCPL within the Department of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical School and Wilmot Cancer Institute is seeking exceptional candidates for a Post-Doctoral Associate position investigating several aspects of cancer-related cognitive impairment. The position is available immediately and fully funded at a very competitive salary for a period of 2-3 years. The successful applicant will work directly with the Laboratory Principal Investigator, Dr. Michelle Janelsins. Research in the CCPL consists of multiple clinical trials conducted locally and regionally through the Wilmot Cancer Institute and nationally through the University of Rochester Cancer Center (URCC) NCI Oncology Research Program (NCORP) Research Base. Dr. Janelsins oversees all translational research with biospecimens for the URCC NCORP Research Base. Successful applicants interested in studying cancer-related cognitive impairment will have the opportunity to develop skills in translational cancer control research conducting research in several areas of funded clinical cancer control research studies.
